They did a great job. The carpeting was 10 years old with lots of traffic, 2 dogs and 15 grandchildren. It was a sight for sore eyes, it now looks like new. They do a great job restoring heavily soiled carpets back to new. They have a friendly staff and great customer service. The prices are reasonable compared to other companies that don’t even do as good of a job. I would recommend PCS to anyone.

We were moving out of our apartment and did not want to pay to replace our carpet. We have a small dog that was not house trained very well. PCS came and saved the day at the last minute. The carpet looked brand new. When we moved into our new house the carpets were heavily soiled from the previous owners. My bare feet were black by the end of the day. PCS did a great job and I’m not afraid to let my baby crawl on the clean carpets!

Very pleased with the results. The traffic area’s were very dirty ( White Carpet ). The carpet came out looking almost like new as did the small area rugs we use in heavy traffic areas, I have stayed off the carpet to let them all dry completely and used the cover-ups on my shoes that you gave to me in case I did have to walk on them. I appreciated the fact you called to say you were running late and it would be about 20 minutes before you arrive and you arrived in that length of time. I was very pleased with your company. Bert was very efficient. His explanation of the procedure they use to clean the carpets was very thorough, and my carpets have never looked so nice. They were very careful in the way they moved the furniture – Daniel, in the office was very nice & polite as well as capable. I had a bleach spill on my carpet and Bert came back 3 times to dye it and touch it up to make sure we were satisfied. In my opinion, he went above and beyond what anyone else would do to dye the carpet spot to match the rest of the carpet. He’s a true “professional”. The carpets are so nice and clean which gives us the incentive to be very careful to keep them that way. Another benefit was the bottle of spot lifter that he left with us. Very courteous, conscientious carpet cleaners. Did not rush the job, try to “upgrade” more pricey services, nor use double talk. Left my home in clean order, neither tracking in dirt throughout the house nor leaving a mess when the job was done. Also pre-treated every spot and was honest about possible problems. The efficiency with which you provided to vacuum clean Etc. including putting blocks under furniture, and moving furniture to get wall to wall cleaning. You showed me how I can more effectively use my Bissell shampooer in between major cleanings by spraying on the cleaner first and using plain water in the Bissell with the suction to get a better result. They were courteous to wear covers over their shoes and pit plastic & Styrofoam under my furniture to protect it. Both our techs were professional and very courteous.
